      - Personal and professional development - You learn about multiple industries by staffing for them - The work environment and people are the kindest and funniest people you can meet, feels like work without the dread of a normal job - With the right dedication you can do really well and make good money, but you have to care

      - Takes a while to build your book - If you do not take a little extra time to build your book/ go out of your way on things it can take longer to make good money
