      As long as you finishing grading on time, it's a very lax job.

      Cons

      Dealing with the professors can be a nightmare, sometimes they require ridiculous standards or amounts of grading. Once had a semester where I had to spend roughly 30 hours just on grading, but I was only paid for 20.
