Pros

Great Place to Work !! Great professors and very inquisitive students. Although bulk of them show up only doing review sessions prior to an exam, I really enjoy working there.

Cons

Lots of students and papers to grade but very few employees. Excessive work load and pay isn't sufficient. However, it was a great opportunity to learn and improve. I must say I learnt alot.

Pros

Decent benefits including tuition coverage for employees. Opportunities to attend lectures and events on campus. Free use of fitness facility on campus.

Cons

Pay raises have been stagnant for the seven years which has resulted in other universities in the Dayton area paying $10 $15 k more a year in identical positions. Very poor management and accountability in many departments.
