      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to advance for staff who are motivated. I was able to work full-time and complete my bachelor's. Very professional atmosphere and staff are treated well with respect.

      Cons

      This school is not considered to be as prestigious as other area schools. Also the school has become so large that it's hard to get to know staff in other divisions.
