      A Great School to Work For

      Pros

      The people I work for and with are seasoned professionals, both full-time educators as well as other adjunct faculty. The program (Organizational Leadership) is a good one and many graduates have either gotten their foot in the door as a new employee or leveraged their degree for further advancement in established careers. I love being able to work with students, whether young or returning, to help them on their journey. I learn SO much from them along the way.

      Cons

      Adjunct pay, in my experience, can be pretty thin, but that's not necessarily unique to this institution. However, we were just given a raise, my first in 8 years, and as modest as it was I appreciated the effort to get SOMETHING. But let's just say I'm not there for the money.
