Decent benefits, good colleagues, worthwhile mission

The people I work for and with are seasoned professionals, both full-time educators as well as other adjunct faculty. The program (Organizational Leadership) is a good one and many graduates have either gotten their foot in the door as a new employee or leveraged their degree for further advancement in established careers. I love being able to work with students, whether young or returning, to help them on their journey. I learn SO much from them along the way.
