Excellent benefits, even though many employees don't realize how competitive the benefits package is.

Cons

Where to start? It's been a rough few years and the pervasive apathy is depressing. There aren't funds to meet goals, and so many in managerial positions are incompetent, even given the consideration that these are tough times. Compensation is marginal, but - as noted above - the benefits help offset low salaries.
