None. This is a charter school based govt funding that is clearly manipulated and mismanaged. Bait-and-switch tactics are used on out-of-state doctoral students to to lock them into contract jobs where they are paid several hundred dollars less than what they originally agreed to during the phone interview.

Cons

Low pay. Bait & switch tactics during interview. Graduate grade faking. Academic extortion. Back door grade faking on Psych Portal software to manipulate TA performance & ratings. Required PhD coursework not relevant to actual industry. Faculty ignorant of industry standards. Psych dept faculty rude and unprofessional, demonstrating clear bias.
