      Immediate hire, quick training, decent coworkers, safety first

      Split companies, going to the union side is near impossible so if you’re hoping to do that start elsewhere. Hours are not a guarantee. Not end times.

      Outside work and if your a crewleader you save wear and tare on your personal vechicle but with lots of scrutiny

      Cons

      Lack of communication less than 40 hours a week low pay for a job dealing with traffic which can be dangerous
