Pros

Mind that I'm talking about DevOps team, situation in other teams may be different. + Great work/life balance + Attention to code quality and architecture, time to refactor and improve stuff + In general, people care about their work + Super-friendly HR team + Be proactive and take on challenges or be an enterprise developer and work 4 hours a day - you choose + Opportunity to learn about various stuff, be more of a dev or an ops person

Cons

- I can't say I was working on really interesting problems most of the time - No retros, no 1-on-1s, noone cares if people continously fail to estimate their tasks correctly. This can be a good thing if you just want to program, but in general it felt like a lack of leadership - Things move kind of slowly

Pros

An employee-focused company in a booming market with good values. Wrike never failed me and never failed to reward me when reward was due.

Cons

Product code legacy, old design and product decisions that were kept instead of getting cut, as well as years of shifting strategies led to a powerful product with tough adoption curve.
