Pros

I really enjoy working on such a great product and being part of a friendly team. The hybrid format and flexible schedule are a plus. The onboarding was one of the most intensive and challenging I’ve ever had: a lot to learn and dive into, but it all makes sense for understanding the company and the product.

Cons

Would be nice if office lunches were available more often than just two days a week.

Pros

- Good balance in terms of flexible office and WFH hours - Comfortable, and well-equipped office environment - Supportive leadership that trusts employees and avoids micromanagement - Clear growth opportunities and career development paths - Healthy approach to AI ownership and innovation - Transparent and quick decision-making processes - Nice employee benefits

Cons

- Not a con per say, but those are high-performing teams with high expectations and depending on the team/project, you would occasionally work outside of your standard 9 to 5 hours

Pros

Highly collaborative and supportive team environment. The colleagues here are outstanding—truly smart and motivated people. The company has a clear and inspiring mission that makes the work meaningful.

Cons

Honestly, I don't have any major cons to list. The challenges here are the kind you'd find anywhere else, like dealing with a fast-paced environment that requires good time management. No significant cons come to mind. If I had to pick something, I'd say the commute to the office can be tricky, but remote flexibility helps mitigate this.
