Pros

Throughout my 4 years of employment with Wrike I had a lot of opportunities to grow and develop. The team is both supportive and fun to work with, I'm happy that I have met a lot of inspiring people here. The goals are quite ambitious - I believe it's great that the company as a whole has a growth mindset and refuses to get complacent.

Cons

Wrike is a fast-paced company, so it would not be a great fit for people who are uncomfortable with change and with aiming high.

Pros

-Benefits like health and dental -Office perks ( but we obviously don't get them at the moment ) - not compensated for it.

Cons

- Unrealistic targets - Team disorganised - Difficult for anyone to make a decision and pull the trigger - Don't expect a great company like promised - They let go of people all the time
