Pros

Work hard, play hard - this rule of thumb applies absolutely in Wrike. The company provides possibilities to work hard and create results, and you will be also compensated accordingly. Salaries are competitive and management gives freedom to prioritize your personal work. They admire innovation and encourage to share new ideas.

Cons

While they are still innovative, they are not a start-up anymore, but have scaled and are leaning towards corporate structure.

We are so happy you've been enjoying you're experience at Wrike. Like you, many of our Wriker's enjoy the opportunity to share new ideas and really play a part in changing the way the world works, through our software. You're right when you say we are no longer in the "start-up" stage, however we like to think we are still able to provide an environment where you're able to grow (professionally and personally) and have fun while doing it! Thank you for being a part of this awesome journey!

Thanks for taking the time to share this note of positivity. We love that we can provide our team with awesome benefits like fully stocked kitchens and free lunch. While the fast-paced environment can be challenging, we always keep Wriker's well being front of mind with our generous benefits package, in-office gyms, and regular "Wellness Wednesdays" where team members can take a break from their work to attend total-wellness events in-office.

We are sorry to hear that you did not have a great Wrike experience like many of our team members do. We pride ourselves in being a great place to work and are always making efforts to improve the employee experience. In addition to a variety of company wide surveys, we regularly run 360 evaluations on all of our leaders, which allows team members to give direct and anonymous feedback to managers, who are held accountable for implementing an action plan based on said feedback. Similar to many other companies around the world - Wrike is currently navigating unprecedented circumstances in the current COVID landscape, but we have been fortunate to avoid a formal reduction in force during this crisis, and there was not a mass layoff of 100+ people. We had a handful of performance-related exits and one department restructure earlier in the month, all of which amounted to around 40 impacted employees worldwide, which is less than 4% of our total headcount. Our employees are always top of mind, and we are doing everything we can to make sure our team members receive the amount of support they need to be successful in their role while maintaining their wellbeing during this difficult time. We believe there is always an opportunity to make things right and would like to offer you an opportunity to continue to share your feedback with our team. If you wish to further discuss your experience, feel free to reach out to us at hr-us@team.wrike.com.
