Pros

Met a few really good people/professionals but they left as soon as the reality of what the company was became apparent

Cons

Unethical employee and business practices Complete lack of accountability on any level Disfunction on every level and in every department Disconnected or inadequate leadership No vision or mission **beware of generic positive reviews - from prior review on Glassdoor (see Unethical employee and business practices listed above) - Management and HR have been asking employees to review the company on here to boost ratings and providing prizes for doing it. Beware the good reviews.

Wrike Response

Thank you for sharing your concerns. Please be assured that transparency is a priority at Wrike and an area that we are looking to continually improve. While there is a clear mission and vision for the organization, your feedback underscores the fact that these are important components for our employees to understand, and we will be looking to enhance communication around this. Additionally, as one of our core values, collaboration is at the heart of our culture and any concerns that we could be doing more in this area are heard and taken into consideration. In regards to your final comment, I'd like to reinforce Wrike's response to the previous review you mentioned: "I want to assure you that the company does not incentivize employees to write positive reviews about Wrike. We do encourage employees to express their honest feedback - both positive and constructive - and make sure they are aware that doing so is entirely voluntary. Further, all Glassdoor posts are anonymous and neither management nor HR has visibility into who has written them." I will add to this that new hires are invited to complete a voluntary Glassdoor review at any time as part of their on-boarding process. This item is clearly designated as "OPTIONAL" in their new hire checklist, and there is no communication beyond the checklist item driving new or existing employees to Glassdoor. Your advice is always welcomed and will allow us to continue improving the Wrike experience. Please reach out to hr-us@team.wrike.com if you'd like to share your suggestions.
