Pros

Wrike is truly about the people in the company at every level. From leadership to colleagues in the field, this team truly cares about each other and supports each other at every opportunity. Stellar leadership and dedication to the employee base during the Covid crisis!

Cons

Historically, Wrike has not offered much in the way of internal promotions and advancement but they're working to correct that now with management training and more internal advancement and professional development opportunities. Also, no 401k match.

Pros

- Culture is very community oriented! - Snacks in the office, dogs in the office, gym onsite, great perks! - Open transparent communication between the CSO org - Progressive Mentality, work from home once a week, flexible work schedule, get your work done mentality. - If you have worked in more old school mentality jobs, this place will be amazing, If you have high standards based on previous tech experience and haven't had 0 perks, you may feel different. I am someone that has had horrible roles in the past, so this is a great company and something I am very grateful to be apart of after those experiences.

Cons

- Product is very tricky, lots of information to absorb - Training is kind of dry, but in the works of fixing this. - Seems like some of the Org isn't as satisfied with the working environment, this probably depends on the role you have and leadership

Nearly all onboarding documents handled digitally and before start date. Buddy program is welcoming

Cons

Business travel mentioned on first day that was not discussed during interviews, but shouldn't be a problem
