Pros

This company got me into the tech world very accepting of my retail background as many tech companies were obliged to this. The product is great and you work with some great people.

Cons

I would say the constant changes from a top level perspective. I've been with the company for two years now and we have had multiple CRO's, Sales Leaders and many changes within the executive board. It was recently acquired by STG and this gives me fear that more layoffs are incoming. Also, Upward Mobility is uncertain, no said plan for members of the company looking to grow.

Work with one of the best products in the space and loyal clients. Original CEO is still with the company and has a great vision!

Cons

Org restructure has placed unrealistic expectations on mid and senior sales roles. Difficult tech environment has only exacerbated this challenge.
