With respect to leadership, we have brought on several new leaders into our executive team since the time of your review, including a new CMO and CFO, which we believe will be additive to the business. Regarding your concerns, we take these comments seriously. Our goal is to create a supportive and inclusive environment for any Wriker, and we regret to hear this was not always your experience during your time with us. We are committed to improving our culture and ensuring our values are consistently upheld. This has been a focal point for executive leadership this year, and is even included as part of our corporate OKRs.
