Pros

Some great people and a good product

Cons

The entire company has lost sight of its own product. Expect non stop meetings for their own sake, 80s style fear based managing, people being busy instead of productive.

Thank you for your feedback on your experience at Wrike. One of our core values at Wrike is to grow, which means embracing change, and consistently evolving our product to meet our clients’ needs. As we are growing very quickly, our product teams are working hard to ensure that Wrike continues to exceed our client’s expectations and CWM needs. We quickly learned we have a real opportunity to support companies during the unprecedented times that have come along with COVID-19. We began with Wrike Relief, which offers our product at no cost to non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and relief organizations, with the goal of helping them plan, collaborate, and stay connected with one another across offices, in transit, and in the field. Our product team did not stop there, as they continued to add Business Continuity Plans, which help businesses reduce the impact of COVID-19 on critical operations, as well as Wrike Remote Work Templates, helping virtual teams adapt to life outside of the physical office. There were many other efforts our team came together to provide to our clients during these challenging times including weekly webinars, Wrike for Students, and significantly discounted licenses for new users. This can be challenging work, which is why we continue to remind - and encourage - employees to use our unlimited PTO policy so they can take time for rest and recovery when it is needed most. In terms of leadership, we regularly host optional AMAs (ask me anything) with our C-Suite, so Wrikers can get clarification around shifts in priorities and how we are meeting the needs of our clients. Leaders may also have regular meetings with their teams in an effort to improve communication flow in a virtual environment, which has become especially important in light of COVID-19. We also regularly run 360 evaluations on all of our leaders, which allows team members to give direct and anonymous feedback to managers, who are then held accountable for implementing an action plan based on said feedback. If you wish to further discuss your concerns or provide suggestions on improving the employee experience, feel free to reach out to us at hr-us@team.wrike.com.

Pros

-Easy & quick sale -No experience necessary -Free Lunches & Healthcare -Free Trip to Mexico (if you get hired at the right time and make it)

Cons

This place has absolutely no growth potential whatsoever. You are better off literally anywhere else. You can learn this job in a week, and then repeat the same task no matter how long you are here. There is no professional development and you can't take these skills anywhere else in your career. They only offer stock option to select employees that "drink from the kool aid", which seems secretive to the other employees. Management in San Diego is weak and is run more like a fraternity. There is a lot of inner office gossip and "mingling" going on so you question what peoples motives for being here are. Do you want to work or do you want to socialize? You won't learn much about professionalism or business in general here. They require you stay late hours, even though the job takes significantly less time than what they force on you. The pay is less than what other organizations offer.

Pros

Great product, fun culture.

Cons

Company is not built to support enterprise selling. Just churn and burn high volume sales with low ACV. If you are looking to grow your career and improve your skills in strategic, value based selling, do not work here. Major step backwards for most Sr. reps
