      The company is stable, has good salary which reflects the market level.

      Cons

      Much legacy code The tasks aren't always really challenging or interesting from tech side and the product features don't seem innovative and technically advanced enough It is easy to get to stagnation of your hard skills Too much bureaucracy in the work processes +They keep cancelling the benefits
