Pros

Wrike has been on a journey over the past few years and it has been great to be a part of. I have had great learnings and opportunities. Wrike is turning into a mature company which means this company is growing in the right way. This is what I want to be part of. I've been in start ups with impossible promises. I like transparency and honesty at Wrike. The platform is also great. I've used many platforms like Wrike in different roles and it is the best. It's so versatile and innovative. The benefits are great: WfH, Health Insurance, They pay into a Pension (big bonus), free lunch

Cons

Every company has had it's Ups and Downs over the past few years and change can be constant. Please continue to communicate this change and Why behind it.

Pros

Wrike has a team of humans behind that makes your time in the company a unique experience. Wrikers across departments proactively invest time and resources in contributing to the company culture, spending quality time with coworkers, mentoring and helping to create career paths. You learn, you grow, and you have fun too! On the benefits side, Wrike's Dublin office is located in a key location, where employees are spoiled with snacks, free lunches, health insurance, pension plan, recurring events and activities, and more! And the product is something you love from minute 1 - since you get to use it to manage your own work and collaborate with your colleagues. Best company I've ever worked for!

Cons

You have to be comfortable with having to move at the speed of the industry (changing goals, agile movement)
