Pros

A lot of good people in the office to work with. Some great managers to help you, but senior management has a lot of room to improve. - Catered lunch every day - Great benefits (no 401k though) - "unlimited paid time off"

Cons

- Extremely unorganized - Changing every process on a weekly basis - Pay is less than other companies in the industry - Company doesn't really care about employees - Very cheap when it comes to operating the business, but has been getting better - Too much micro-managing by senior management - A lot of hoops to jump through in order to complete a sale

Pros

Beautiful Southern California location, fun office atmosphere, many young, upbeat people

Cons

This company was the most inauthentic I have worked at in many years. It was a major disappointment early on and it kept getting worse.

Pros

- Fun people - Work hours are not crazy - Solid business that doesn't rely heavily on funding

Cons

- Low pay - Doesn't offer stock to all employees - Employees are not kept in the loop about the business. Very secretive - High turnover rate - Cheap management Wrike could benefit from investing in its employees and showing they care about their employees by offering stock, higher wages on the offer, or at least providing a raise to employees who have put in more time, and including employees in all facets of the business so they are aware of what is going on around the entire company.
