Thank you for your great feedback. Glad to hear you enjoy working with your team and you are managing good work/life balance. Since most of the employees work in cross-functional teams and there's a lot of collaboration, meetings are necessary to get aligned. The commitment though is to reduce the number of meetings and/or use the time on the meetings in most efficient way.

Many of the people are nice and the QA department is very strong

There’s too much to describe. Wrike is a company taken out of a textbook about dysfunctional organizations. The worst trait at Wrike is that titles and tenure mean quite a lot. What this means on a day to day basis though is that non-functional solutions are invested in and relied upon long after its become clear that they’re an obstacle because the folks with tenure wrote it and don’t tolerate feedback or ideas from those new to the company. As a result the tech stack is a chaotic mess and your role as an employee is to find ways to live with it, not to improve processes or solve obstacles for your team. If you want easy money and low expectations Wrike might satisfy you but for anyone else it’s going to be a dead end.
