Pros
- Small team, so your ideas are valid and you can contribute to the process - I love working with EVERYONE, seriously. Everyone here is wonderful and helpful! - You are constantly learning or are able to learn new things. - You work hard, but the amount of experience you gain and the projects you release are worth every moment. - The product is wonderful and I clearly see it blowing up in, if not the next year, a few years from now.
Cons
- Working and notifications can go into normal off hours (this is a start-up, so it is expected) - I wish there is more mentorship, but if I have questions someone is always there to answer them, so not really a problem.
