Pros

Due to the close knit environment, sometimes it can feel really homey. Most coworkers are nice

Cons

No raises( or better yet raises are RARE)- but also due to lack of funding. no opportunities for growth-you’re basically ball and chained to the job you’re hired for and if you want more you’re forced to leave the company. HIGH TURNOVER -coworkers are literally here today gone tomorrow. There used to be flexibility with schedules but they are implementing a Point system soon. Sorry you don’t pay us enough for rules like that.

Struggle to move up, low pay, lots of busy work on top to getting all hours required for productivity standards. Does not look out for employees safety.

This was an opportunity given and it was not for me. The company policies were great and the management was fair to me. This type of work, at this level, was not something I wanted to continue. I enjoyed the time and experience.

Cons

Too many state regulations causing funding issues and interruptions in our operations.
