Pros

Wyman has some wonderful, hard working people.

Cons

Upper management at Wyman has demonstrated a lack of appreciation for its employees. This sentiment can impact workplace morale and overall job satisfaction, making it an important consideration for prospective employees. Given the current environment, Wyman may not be the ideal first choice for employment. Potential applicants should carefully weigh this factor when exploring job opportunities.

Pros

The Company pays well pending what position you have.

Cons

Wyman Gordon Company (Grafton Plant) treats there employees like prisoners of war in a concentration camp. The plant is extremely dirty, smokey, dusty with bad ankle busting floors. No consideration whatsoever for employees overexposed to hi heat and high piece count jobs understaffed. (Do more with less) mandatory weekends, 12 hours rotating shifts. Not enough restrooms, many closed due too not wanting to maintain them.
