The work is really fun, and the people I work with are talented and highly knowledgeable of production. Regular days on and off is always a plus, and a lot of times, a rarity when working in production. Having a set schedule is a great perk

Cons

Obviously the hours of operations are difficult when working in a nightclub, and especially when there are private events during the day. You’ll sometimes be working 12+ hours in a day.
