5 star resort hotel. High profile guests.

Cons

Low pay and no raises. Do whatever they can to save money. People get let go and others are expected to do the work or 2 or more people.

Good coworkers(at your same level), Decent benefits if they fit your needs.

Cons

Sharing income between roles, working extremely long hours/many days in a row that are physically demanding without the required breaks per law, Director that has long forgotten what the FOH is like to work, no transparency about hourly pay per day. Way overly corporate for a casino that causes unnecessary issues for employees, such as transportation. Its not fun to spend 2.5 or more per day getting to/from home when only living 15 minutes away.
