Some management is very helpful, and understand what it takes to get things done.

Cons

They don't really work with your schedule. Some managers can be kind of deceiving at times. Some are just ignorant and keep making the same mistakes over and over again. Most employees are very cliquey, and it feels like you're in high school. People don't grow up no matter how old they get.
