You can talk a lot about saving the world but not take on the hard work of actually doing it

Pros

Good compensation, interesting projects that would probably not be alive anywhere else.

Cons

Terrible and confusing place for women and/or people of color because leadership is all white, and mainly all British. Not a lot of room for growth for middle staffers. Advice would be to ideally stay for a couple of years to get paid and work on interesting problems, but know its not a place for growth. CEO has been around for 10+ years and has a lack of understand of the real world -- doesn't know how to lead and give critical feedback to help projects grow. Culture feels culty -- a lot of platitudes about innovation, that doesn't actually seem to trickle down to the way things actually operate.
