Toxic leadership trickles down to toxic workplace environment. Everybody whispers in the office, and everybody is scared of Elon.

At this time there is absolutely no pros to working here.

Cons

Autocratic management by Elon Musk and his reports. ICs are getting fired with no real cause under the guise of poor performance without any input from their managers or skip level managers. This includes those who have exceeded expectations in most recent performance reviews. This has created a toxic work environment with fear gripping everyone. Insane working hours are expected from everyone. Managers are expected to code, leaving very little time for people management.
