Pros

Most everyone is knowledgable, respectful, and competent.

Cons

Some of the managers are abusive and leadership refuses to move them out of loyalty. Expect to be harassed, verbally and emotionally abused by certain managers and nothing to happen when it's reported. This only happens with certain managers so if you are on the right team everything is great.

Pros

- Very focused on user-consent (direct relationship with app publishers) - Client success focus on both sides of company (supply & data buyers) - Privacy first mentality in all operational aspects

Cons

- Playing "good guy" in an industry that has not always acted with consent from user - Result: negative press coverage, and being clumped in with the "bad guys" of the industry - even though internal operations are MUCH different than those other players
