Pros
Has great benefits and the pay is good. The company has great potential to reach everyone in the world and provide a great platform to reach a larger audience.
Cons
After the recent lays offs managers neglect core work and have abandoned many of the projects started and are still in use today by many teams. In some cases the employees that we reassigned back to other groups are expected to pick up the work abandoned by their former groups against their current managers wishes.
