      Pros

      Working on impactful projects everyday. Building a world-class team and company. Flexibility to work from home 1 or 2 days when needed. Great parental leave for birthing, non-birthing or adoptive parents at 20 weeks fully paid! Non-accrued PTO, take time off when you need with pre-approval.

      Cons

      Things change quickly and often, which keeps you on your toes and it is never boring. If you're looking for something static, this isn't a place for you.
