      Incredible place to work!

      Pros

      I never been happier working for an employer than I am currently at xAI. The people are some of the hardest working, bright, motivated, and interesting people I've ever worked with. The work itself always keeps you interested.

      Cons

      So far, almost non-existent. Probably the only con is that equity is currently not offered to AI tutors or Human Data Team Leads. Which could change since the company is still an early start-up.

      Nothing like it was before Elon

      Pros

      It’s still somewhat of a good environment to grow if you make the best of it.

      Cons

      It was much better before Elon took over. Designers are not valued and work is unbearable. Not to mention the way they use candidates in interviews for ideas and are losing the faith of companies that could invest in X because of the bad reputation.
