not very competitive pay. 401k contribution is kinda sad

I quickly learned that the internal politics weren't for me. There is a "cool kids club" at this company and if you're in it, you will likely do just fine here. If you aren't, well, good luck. Everything moves insanely slow internally, too. So many hoops to jump through to appease a few of the folks at the top. Some of the executive staff wear too many hats to give enough focus to any one thing.
