      Terrible Top-Down Leadership

      Pros

      Lots of time off, solid benefits package and some great people in the middle ranks.

      Cons

      Tons of turnover at all levels and within all teams. Leadership has turned over a million times and is now taking a heavy handed top down approach, treating managers terribly, including humiliating them in group meetings.

      Pay well, very flexible, easy to have work/life balance

      Cons

      Managers are inexperienced and given lots of power. It’s very hierarchical and requires being political rather than working hard to be successful. It’s often easier to not work than work because of all the politics.
