      Pros

      Twitter had an unbeatable culture. No stepping on others to get ahead. Being nice(not to be confused with fake) was respected. The level of work was high. When mistakes were made it was acknowledged and then attempted to be corrected. Management was accessible and receptive to feedback and the feeling was that they cared about people working under them. Benefits and pay were great.

      Cons

      Unfortunately there have been many changes in 2022. Reorgs ever other week, layoffs, changes in leadership on many levels, mass exodus of great people with the looming takeover threat and constant turmoil. Still some great people there and hopefully it will get better again in the future, but the amount of change in a very short period of time was shocking and not easy on the employees.
