      -the diverse, intelligent, and kindhearted people at Twitter -the exciting and challenging work -the competitive salaries -the awesome perks and benefits ( pre-Elon at least)

      Benefits Free lunch WFH for most employees

      Cons

      Depressed office experience , no one is around anymore, so it's just a big empty office. Absent leadership. Managers, directors, and VPs are hardly around to coach teams. No forward progress. Twitter isn't innovative in its current state, and the whole company feels held back. Meeting heavy culture. With everyone working from home, it's all meetings all the time and it's hard to focus when your whole day is like that.
