      Interesting / Challenging, without any careers development opportunities for Senior roles at the moment

      Pros

      Lots of interesting things to do and develop. Reverse start-up environment, with endless possibilities if one if motivated and pro-active at creating / setting up new processes. Incredible environment with strong tools. Lots of incredible folks to work with.

      Cons

      There used to be the best people in the industry working at Twitter, but it changed when Elon acquired the company. The level of attrition has never been higher, with wrong people getting promoted in key roles.
