The result is a toxic environment driven by politics and poor leadership, where those with limited skills wield excessive authority. Many of these so-called directors constantly boast about “reporting to Elon” in both internal and external settings. If the company truly operated according to Elon’s core principles, it could have been an exceptional place to work.
