Teach you lean business processes and practices

Cons

Force lean business into areas where it doesn't logically apply. Cut your budget dry, lay off valuable cross functional team members and associates, force you to do the work of three full time positions AT LEAST. You don't matter but for the bottom line revenue of Danaher.
