      Interesting customer base in exciting industries serving them with technology products. Passionate and knowledgeable associates. Part of Danaher corporation (additional career opportunities).

      Cons

      Innovation and commercial strategy need to be addressed to strengthen market leadership.

      If you’re looking to join a Danaher company as a self-starter with the goal of making a big impact, X-Rite is an opportunity-rich environment well-suited to recent college grads and industry veterans alike.

      Cons

      X-Rite’s organization is lean, structurally elastic, and may be perceived by some as bureaucratic. This could make it difficult to complete your objectives or advance within the company. In addition, it may be a factor adding inertia to the Company’s response in new market conditions. As the dust is settles from a new President/CEO, X-Rite may face near-term instability.
