Pros

Great products and good salary. Good resources to work and regular benefits. Good factory and application people, with many years of experience. Nice office structure. It seems that marketing people needs to be replaced and increase focus.

Cons

Lack of focus in countries outside USA. Sales strategies changes a lot and make difficult to create long term plans. No engagement by HR to employees outside USA. Hire you by face to face meeting and fire you by phone, no matter if you have a 1mo baby at home. HR needs to real develop employee not doing things by the book.

As a global organization we typically have a good experience for people outside of the US and we have strong leadership around the world. I'm sorry to hear that things didn't work out for you, if you'd like to talk through it further feel free to reach out to me. We agree with you that people are what make the company sustainable and we get good grades from our people on that subject. Strong performance and prioritization as a company enables us to invest even more. We continue to evolve and improve which sometimes means changes. We're pretty excited about the growth potential ahead and how past changes have positioned us well for the future. I encourage people interviewing with us to ask about the visions and the strategies, we have a lot of great things going on. We are growing globally.

Thank you for the 4-star review! We encourage all associates to keep their manager informed of specific training needs and progress during weekly and/or monthly 1:1 meetings. We also suggest utilizing Workday to better prepare for these conversations and keep your manager in the loop of your goals and career aspirations – you can do this by completing your internal talent profile. If you feel like your position was not properly explained to you, we’d like to hear more about this and how we can improve moving forward.

Pros

Very casual atmosphere, good work/life balance, great benefits, and with the recent Danaher acquisition there is opportunity around the globe to move within and up to advance.

Cons

Danaher top down structure and reporting requirements have come slow to adapt for some of the veterans in the company. Pay could be a little better, especially for the ones in the back of shop who never get hired in.
