In our associate engagement survey, people give high ratings to the effectiveness of managers here. Generally the managers are experienced and able to access a lot of very good training to further build their management skills. Frequent feedback is always helpful, we'll continue to encourage managers to keep in close communications on what's going well with a person's performance and what to improve.
This says you are a former employee, so not sure how long ago or what role, but there is a significant amount of training , development and mentorship available. We aim for people to keep an open dialogue about what each person needs to be successful and happy in their career with us.
