Pros

Great benefits, including time off and holidays. Flexibility.

Cons

The president sent an email yesterday stating we will be returning to work in the office two days a week starting immediately. Meaning they are changing our policy midweek with little regard for transportation, childcare, change in compensation, workstations, etc. The president said in the email this is for our well-being and sense of belonging, but I'd like to know who he asked. Certainly not us employees and our engagement surveys. I'm appalled at the lack consideration for employees in this timeframe to return to office. When working from home, there has been no turnover in my department. This will probably change with the new policy should it remain.
