Pros
Very smart people. Excellent culture, excellent perks. Ignoring all the stock price turmoil, the company has an excellent core. Although the company is roughly 4k people, it is not yet corporate. You can still make a difference with the work you do, and don't feel like a part of a machine (like a Google or Facebook).
Cons
Management changes are a constant distraction. Compensation and performance reviews are constantly changing.
