Pros
Office manager Robin was great. Most of the people were friendly. Company Christmas office party was a lot of fun. Good pay and benefits. Talented technical staff.
Cons
Hired a lot of people and moved into a larger office space in 2018 - 2019. Highly dependent on outside consultants. High turnover rate. Laid off a large percentage of workers in 2021 due to budget issues. PM was relatively new (hired in 2020) and said the budget shortfall was a surprise. Lack of formal processes for software development. Minimal interaction with management at any level. Several people had periods of time with no real work to do. Communications with corporate office were sometimes slow.
