Good people to work with,

The process to develop software need to be revised, and management is fixed on ways of creating software and their deployments. Pay is very low. Politics play a role in the office

Pros

As a software engineer at Xap I have the opportunity to have input in the technical direction in collaboration with more senior developers. As a result I have built a confidence and skill-set that I will carry with me for the rest of my career.

Cons

We no longer get Monday treats, but have been replaced by monthly lunches.

Pros

A few of the folks that had been there for 10 years plus loved the company and were good at their job.

Cons

No vision for the company, outdated technology, most people did the job but without any passion, senior leadership fought with each constantly band out in the open.
