After years under an older shareholder base who was unwilling to invest in the business, XAP merged with an exciting machine-based learning company that helps people find their best-fit careers and is backed by a multi-billion investor. Even so, under prior ownership we made a lot of progress on modernizing our approach and improving our products without any shareholder investment. With our new merger, we are really poised to succeed and are excited to develop the next gen of our primary career exploration & planning solution. So it's an exciting time!
Cons
We need to grow our team and it can be hard to find the right people. As with any merger, integration can be frustrating at times and never seems to go as quickly as hoped. Nevertheless, XAP has never been better positioned for the future.
