Easy work Coworkers are nice enough Pay high for the area

Cons

Management sucks They frequently go through periods where they fire people for whatever reason they can find Health benefits take a large amount from your paycheck They increase productivity requirements every few months, to an almost unobtainable number They give you 15 minutes of restroom breaks in a 10 hour shift Random overtime with only a 1-2 day warning, every Friday is marked as possible overtime on employee calendar Company is clearly failing
